Allyson Albergo is a senior at the University majoring in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Special Events Marketing. She is a staff writer and columnist for The Pace Press, where she writes Pace Pointers, a recurring series offering tips and advice for college life.

Beyond journalism, Allyson has gained public relations experience through internships, working with brands across fashion, health and wellness, finance and technology. She is a Dean’s List student, a member of Her Campus at Pace and the American Marketing Association, and has been inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the National Communication Association (NCA) Honor Society. She also holds a social media certification from HubSpot.

After graduation, Allyson plans to pursue her Master’s in Public Relations in the Sunshine State, where she loves spending time with friends and family, watching sunrises, and reading by the water.
