Joseph LaRocca, Staff Writer
Joseph LaRocca is a senior at the University studying Communications and Media with a focus on Digital Journalism. Known as Joe, he joined The Pace Press in January 2024. He had previously studied Media Communication and Visual Arts on the Pleasantville campus to pursue a career in Journalism. After transferring back home to New York City, he continued to hone his craft, drawing inspiration from his role models and former professors.
While serving as a staff writer for The Pace Press, Joe also holds the position of President of the Italian American Student Association (IASA), a cultural club on campus. His favorite extracurricular activities include nature hikes, anime and manga, watching movies on the big screen and going to the gym. In the future, Joe aspires to write for a news outlet in New York City.
