Holly Winn, Staff Writer

Holly Winn is a junior at the University pursuing a double major in Sociology/Anthropology and Women & Gender studies while double minoring in Queer Studies and Psychology. She recently transferred to the University after completing general education courses at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. Their writing focuses on intersectionality, modern internet culture, and creativity. She aims to create more conversations centralized around mental health and sexual wellness. After finishing her time at the university she plans to attend graduate school and pursue work in the non-profit sector.

Outside of writing for The Pace Press, they are a Student Government senator for Transfer students, a volunteer for the interpersonal and sexual wellness center, a honors college member and president of a social club/blog entitled “Quiet Spaces Loud Thoughts.” They are an avid reader, documentary enjoyer, coffee shop enthusiast, and lover of the color green.
