On Saturday, April 14^th, the Queer Society hosted their second annual Queer Gala. The purpose of the event is to empower and inspire the LGBTQ+ community, as well as their allies. Between the musical, drag, and poetry performances, the atmosphere was filled with light-heartedness and excitement along with pride and liberation. By the end of the night, the live DJ had everyone on the dance floor celebrating each other and dancing the night away! All students of the University are encouraged to attend the third annual gala in 2019. Below are some photographs taken at the event.
